Shipping Rates and Policies
All orders that are placed M-Th by 5pm EST are shipped within 24-48 hours. Orders that are placed on Friday after 3pm or over the weekend, will be shipped on the following Monday. All orders are shipped using Priority mail though the USPS who uses recycled materials and environmentally responsible approaches to produce their shipping materials, right down to the glue!
For fastest delivery time, International orders are shipped this way as well, unless you contact us to make other arrangements for large orders, etc. Please note for International Customers: Customes Fees and VAT ( Value Added Tax) If there are customs and import duties, they must be paid by you once the package reaches your destination country, they are not included in our shipping fees. These charges are your responsibility and will vary from country to country. We can not determine what this fee will be. We recommend that you check with your local customs office or post office for details on how these charges are assessed. You may also Check Here for more information about the VAT for your country.
Although we use only reputable high level companies to create our CD programs ( they create Cds for NASA to launch shuttles!) occasionally there may be an error. Any item that is defective will be replaced. Please contact the office directly and our staff we be happy to help you in the easiest way possible.
Due to the personal nature of our products and the high quality that Vanati is known for, we are unable to accept returned audio items. In the rare instance your item is damaged in transit please contact our office and our staff will assist you in receiving a replacement.
